ADMISSION PROCEDURE

New Students (Freshers or Private Schools)

Applicants must submit an official birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Council or Gram Panchayat verifying the date of birth entered in the application form.

Students Transferring from Other Schools

Students who have previously attended a recognized school must provide a leaving certificate from their last school. This certificate needs to be countersigned by the Education Officer of the state where the student resides.

Note

1. Admission will only be confirmed on payment of school fees. The fee is not refundable if a seat is accepted and refused later.
2. All new students who seek admission in the school from Nursery to UKG require attested Birth- Certificate, Doctor's fitness Certificate and two stamp size photographs.
3. Admissions are done on " FIRST COME FIRST SERVE " basis. Online registration is must for all admission.

The normal age criteria for admission to the various classes are as follows:

Nursery	3+ years	By	31st may of current year
LKG	4+ years	By	31st may of current year
UKG	5+ years	By	31st may of current year
I	6+ years	By	31st may of current year
II	7+ years	By	31st may of current year

Submission of Admission Form:

Step 1.

It is MANDATORY for Parents to fill and submit online admission form with the payment of Rs. 500/- (If you face any problem in filling the online admission form, our technical team will be there to guide you. kindly call on 9822815124 in office hours (11:00 AM TO 6:00 PM and Monday to Friday Only).

Step 2.

Verification of documents with parent along with candidate.

Step 3.

Once the admission is granted, make online payment of Rs.15000/- (Fifteen Thousand only). If any problem occur submit at the school fee counter. (The admission fees include uniform charges and textbooks only for Pre-Primary & Primary Students.)

Step 4.

Once the admission fee is credited to school account, confirmation of admission will be intimated through SMS/email.

The Principals decision regarding the admission of a student will be final.

Please note that, in case you are not interested in seeking admission at Tapeshwari Public School and you wish to withdraw your child name then you need to inform us within 2 days on receiving admission confirmation.
